Patrick’s knowledge increased as he developed as a well-rounded entrepreneur working in the service industry over a span of forty years and with more than thirty years as a sales associate and investor in the Florida real estate market.

Patrick relocated to Florida in 1972 from Long Island, New York after attending college. His education in Business Administration and Accounting has helped this well-seasoned business professional bring a wealth of knowledge for trends in the business market.

Patrick has developed the necessary empathy from his many years as a business owner and investor. With his competitive spirit, diligent work ethic and positive attitude all playing a role in his abilities, Patrick brings leadership, focus and spirit to the Capital team.

One of Patrick’s many areas of expertise has been with the Independent Contractor and ISP model operated by FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground routes, having successfully facilitated over 100 transactions between Buyers and Sellers of FedEx routes in the past 12 years.
