    Roberta is the Founder & Managing Director of Capital Business Solutions, and serves as the President of the South Florida Chapter of the Business Brokers of Florida (BBF). She is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), Certified Business Broker (CBB) and Certified Senior Business Analyst (CSBA), as well as a member of the Association of Professional Merger and Acquisition Advisors (APMAA) and Certified Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (CMEA). Recipient of the Deal Maker of the Year for the state of Florida, and 13 time recipient of the prestigious Million-Dollar Plus Award from the BBF.

    Patrick is a Certified Business Broker and Chief Operating Officer of Capital Business Solutions. More than twenty years of experience as a sales associate and investor in the Florida real estate market, with extensive experience at the M&A advisory level. Patrick has successfully facilitated over 100 transactions between buyers and sellers of FedEx routes in the past 10 year, earning him the designation of “Industry Route Expert” by Business Brokerage Press. Patrick has been awarded “The Million Dollar Plus Award” for each year 2011 through 2020, and is a recipient of the “Deal Maker Award” for his high achievements. Valuation specialist for the firm.

    Dale Shepherd

    Dale Shepherd
    Dale has worked in the corporate world for over thirty years as President, Vice President Finance, CFO, COO, Managing Director, Turnaround, and Business Consultant, among many other roles over a business and consulting career. Dale has significant experience in start-ups, business planning, acquisitions and turnaround situations worldwide. Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) and Certified Franchise Broker. He has led and played a key role in many acquisitions that have ranged in price from $7 (yes, seven dollars for a $250 million revenue company) to $2.3 billion. Dale is a U.S. Air Force veteran who served nearly eight years during the Vietnam War era.


    Ray is a Certified Business Intermediary with over 30 years of experience as a corporate executive, small business owner and franchise consultant. Ray has participated in the sale and integration of multiple business acquisitions. As an entrepreneur, he built a successful direct-marketing business based in Bergen County, NJ, which he later sold and turned his focus to business sales and M&A advisory services. It is this varied set of skills and experience that enables Ray to provide value for his clients. He is a Mercer County, PA Sports Hall of Fame Inductee and graduated BA Cum Laude from the University of Maryland.

    For over forty years, Josias was a business owner with a multinational presence, and experienced firsthand what it means to sell a business. A member of the BBF, IBBA and American Business Brokers Association (ABBA), Josias has worked on the buy and sell-side of deals of various sizes, from the lower hundred thousand to multimillion-dollar M&A deals. Recipient of the BBF “Outstanding Sales in Business Brokerage” (Million Dollar Plus Award) and “Deal Maker Award” for being among the top 3% of business brokers in Florida in completed business sales. Josias is bilingual, fluently speaking both English and Spanish, and has worked with many international buyers and sellers.
