Before becoming a business broker, I accumulated more than 40 years of experience as an entrepreneur and business owner. I built and expanded businesses, grew through acquisitions, and experienced the sale process from the owner’s perspective.

Since joining Capital Business Solutions in 2012, I have helped owners assess marketability, establish a realistic asking price, prepare their businesses for market, evaluate buyers and offers, and navigate due diligence and deal structuring.

My multifactor assessment of the Most Likely Selling Price (MLSP) considers financial performance, market conditions, operational risks, transferability, buyer perception, and other factors that may influence marketability and the price a buyer may pay.

I combine strong financial and transaction-analysis skills with practical ownership experience. Fluent in English and Spanish, I help expand buyer and seller reach across both markets.
