Dale started a career in 2012 as a Business Broker and Commercial Real Estate Agent based in Florida. There are only a few people in the world who have the training and certifications Dale has as a Master Certified Business Intermediary (Fifty in the world), Certified Business Intermediary (International Business Brokers Association) and Certified Franchise Broker (Franchise Brokers Association). In addition, he is a member of the International Society of Business Appraisers working on his professional certification in business valuation. He is on the Education Committee of the International Business Brokers Association and has written a presentation on Advanced Business Analysis Techniques which was presented at the May 2023 at the annual worldwide conference. WA Multi year winner of the Business Brokers of Florida Million Dollar Plus award.

History: After eighteen years in General Electric Company as a Financial Executive, Dale filled various Corporate roles including Vice President of Business Development for Kawasaki Steel Corporation; CFO and Secretary to the BOD for Rogers Corporation (was AMEX now NYSE); Vice President Finance for a $700 million Revenue Logistics Business under Sirva Corporation (NYSE); CFO for an $800 million Revenue outsourcing company based in Prescott, UK (Vertex Data Sciences); and, President and COO of a Biomass Start-up Company that he successfully took public, Biopower Operations Corporation. He is a U.S. Air Force veteran who served almost eight years during the Vietnam War era.

Dale has significant experience in start-ups, business planning, acquisitions and turnaround situations worldwide. He has led and played a key role in many corporate and private acquisitions and business sales that have ranged in price from $7 (yes, seven dollars for a $250 million revenue company) to $2.3 billion.

With broad international experience having worked throughout Asia, Europe and Latin America, Dale understands the complexity of different cultures and how to work with cultural differences to ensure the best opportunity for success. Speaks Japanese and is a Silver Life Master in Duplicate Bridge with the American Contract Bridge League.
